Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Grokking collects through this website, why, and what rights you have over it. It applies to grokking.in and its subdomains.

Who we are

Grokking is based in Delhi NCR, India, and is run by its founders, Viswarup Misra and Viswapriya Misra. For anything relating to this policy or your data, contact viswarup@grokking.in or viswapriya@grokking.in.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to submit through a form on this site:

• Demo / contact requests (homepage and RFP Evaluation AI page) — your name, work email, company name, and a description of your document workflow.
• Course enquiries (Build AI Agents course page) — your name, email, company or college, and what you're interested in.

We do not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers on this site. We do not collect any data from visitors who don't submit a form.

How we use it

Solely to respond to your enquiry — to get in touch about a demo, answer a question about our products, or send course joining details. We don't use form submissions for anything else, and we don't sell or rent personal data to third parties.

Where it's processed

Our forms are handled by Formspree, a third-party form-processing service, which receives and relays submissions to us by email. Formspree's own privacy practices apply to data in transit through their platform; see Formspree's privacy policy. We don't use any other third-party processor for data collected on this site.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry data for as long as needed to respond to you and, where a business relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship plus a reasonable period for our own records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data of yours we hold;
• correct or update it;
• delete it, unless we have a legitimate reason to keep it (for example, an active contract); or
• withdraw consent to further contact.

To exercise any of these, email us at either address above. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
